CareLinx is looking for a dynamic Director of Business Development for Commerical Payors/ Medicare Advantage business. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business in the North American territory as well as developing and executing new strategies for growing the business across the insurance and corporate verticals. Your success in this role will be defined by new customer acquisitions and expansion of our business into relevant markets.
The ideal candidate for this role is be experienced in the professional home care/Medicare Advantage/commercial payers industry and have a record of success as a trusted advisor in a consultative sales model. You partner effectively with internal resources from compliance, marketing, and operations to perfect our offerings and have a structured approach to your work.
In this position you will work remotely.
100% Hunter with 10+ years of experience selling into Medicare Advantage Plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and other commercial payers in the healthcare arena
Expert in navigating the sales cycle and timelines for embedding new product and services into plan designs and negotiating contract pricing
Has already built strong business relationships and networks with key decision makers at MA, BCBS and other commercial health plans
History of achieving demanding quotas through client management and advocacy
Proven success in consultative sales with C-level and other executive decision makers
Domain experience and able to bring an established book of relevant relationships in the North American territory
