What you’ll be doing:

Manage all aspects of SEM campaigns in Google and Bing

Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Display Network, DoubleClick Bid Manager (display/video), paid social, and native ad platforms.

Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, CPL, and other KPIs).

Identify campaign trends and insights; optimize spend and performance based on these insights.

Execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Help when needed on other projects. Collaborative spirit is a must.

Qualification:

what you’ll need to have:

3+ years of experience in a digital media/marketing role for a public relations or ad agency; or experience working within a marketing department of an organization.

2+ years proven experience with SEM: AdWords and Bing Ads, as well as a familiarity with programmatic display, Facebook Ads, and other emerging ad platforms

Experience optimizing towards a CPL goal

Experience using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

Working knowledge of other digital marketing tactics such as social, content marketing, programmatic, video, mobile, and display advertising, as well as website development.

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work in advertising or marketing

Exceptional analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision making capabilities.

A focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and superior client service.

Emphasis on teamwork, willing to jump in to help team members at all levels, on all types of marketing projects.

Genuine interest in advances in marketing tools and frameworks

Google AdWords certified

Preferred Skills/Experience:

3rd party display ad serving experience.

Familiarity with DSPs (Demand Site Platforms) and optimization.

DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Bid Manager and Search.

Operational understanding of marketing tactics.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Follow-through, reliability and accountability.
