Nearest Major Market: Plano NTT DATA Services currently seeks a ServiceNow Global Operations Director - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Role Responsibilities: * Seeking senior ServiceNow Cloud Innovation ITSM leader experienced and knowledgeable with service and business processes, service management, systems integration and architecture * To manage the ServiceNow platform and competency which include creative solutions development, process analysis, configuration and BI/reporting areas * Work with business stake holders and business partners to ensure that requirements are met and deliverables are made in a timely fashion * Provide road map and strategy around SN to align with Business and Corporate needs * Able to play a big part as an Architect and design solutions around ServiceNow * Provide road map and strategy around SN to align with Business and Corporate needs Preferred Skills: * Strong ServiceNow Background including Multitenant and domain separated instances * Modules include - ITSM, HRSM, Facilities, ITOM * Extensive global experience managing professionals across multiple regions * Work with business stake holders and business partners to ensure that requirements are met and deliverables are made in a timely fashion * Able to play a big part as an Architect and design solutions around ServiceNow * Strong understanding of the following Modules: ITSM, HRSM, Facilities, ITOM * Knowledge of NTT Data environment and processes. * Strong experience as a Service Manager Basic Required Qualifications: * 3+ years ServiceNow experience specifically * 5+ years background in Service Management or Delivery roles * 8+ years experience in being a Team Lead, Architect, Technical Manager,and/or Technical Delivery Manager * Able to manage and work with a global team. late night/ early morning calls and meetings required This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
