Technical Support - Help Desk Support (Virtual - Remote)

We are looking for IT Field Technicians to service clients in North Carolina area.

Technical Requirements:

Ability to prep IT equipment for installations. Responsible for supporting the Information Technology with many aspects of information technology, including end-user computer systems, server platforms, business systems, infrastructure, and any other related or relevant technologies. Duties vary from end-use support to business systems analysis.

  • MS Windows, SQL, PC Electronic Repair, Diagnostics, and SolutionsĀ·
  • Perform diagnostics, virus removal, desktop and laptop hardware installation(screens, motherboards, HHD, etc), OS and software install, database management and installation, multi-computer setups, installs and repairs, peripheral installation, information recovery, server setup and security, network setup and security, security system setup, and cell phone screen replacement
  • End-user computer systems. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Trains and assists users with issues.Backup applications.
  • Ability to reload computers
  • PC configuration, hard drives, printer/scanner, PC troubleshooting and repair.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years experience in a customer support/help technical support desk environment.

Interpersonal Requirements:

  • Courteously answer phones and provide IT Customer support to clients. Must have a good presentation, be efficient, fast on problem-solving, creative and enjoy working with people
  • Willingness to travel locally. Install and configure computer and related equipment.
  • Highly motivated team player with great interpersonal skills to fit into a great office environment

Compensation:
Depending on experience:

Car Allowance: Yes

Work Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
