offshore remote team
Please send us to the monthly service rate for per engineer or package rate (need 6-7 engineers for cover 24hr/7 days)
We are looking for a Vendor with ISO certificate and offshore call center can provide a team of helpdesk a team of helpdesk 8-10 of the engineers( no need to be call center located in the US this is offshore support over the phone and remotely)
Operation Hours 24 x 7 Helpdesk support.
Which 2 to 3 of offshore remote support at 8 PM to 8 AM night
and 3-4 of 8 AM to 8 PM
The rate will be the total package rate.
Night shift:8:00 AM to 8:00 and
--Level-1 ""Tier 2"" coverage includes unusual, sensitive, critical release customer cases
8Day shift: PM to 8
-- Level-1 ""Teir-1"" usually customer cases.
--After hours on-level-1 cases will be escalated to Level -2 IT support groups.
・Four US major holiday coverage: One (1) Associate on-site 9 am to 5 pm.
・Vendor staff member will cover any unavailable members.
・Working experience and good communication skill required."
