Our client is seeking an experienced Sales hybrid role of sales leader and a hunter. This person, much that will focus on new B2B client generation on behalf of a Business Unit. This BU (Business Unit) specializes in the Adobe/AEM realm with broad professional services capabilities to include content management, front-end development, architecture, and the building of platform services with significant client success in the manufacturing, technology and higher education verticals. Should ideally have demonstrated experience selling AEM professional services and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate must be a growth minded individual with a prior history of selling $2 million+ in professional services annually. OTE will equate to $250,000 -$350,000+ (NO CAP) per annum.
· Proven experience with new business development, with demonstrated expertise in growing, creating and uncovering new sales opportunities, where none currently exists
· Track record of exceeding revenue targets
· Software sales experience
· Team leadership experience, but must have previous experience building a sales team first as an individual contributor and or must be willing to do so
· AEM professional services sales expertise
· Adobe business relationships already established
· Experienced in consultative and solutions sales
· Strategic and tactical/hands on in sales approach
· Needs to live in a major market area for our services
· Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be a team player
