Technical architect for all ServiceNow related solutions, including understanding and documenting the full ServiceNow architecture
Primary point of contact for overall ServiceNow architecture and functionality; have a full understanding of how hardware, integrations, database and all other ServiceNow applications are related and dependency impacts of any changes or updates.
Architecture and design of major software products critical to the ServiceNow system and ServiceNow solutions.
Apply advanced technical knowledge in multiple areas to understand and improve current architecture design.
Work with peers in other groups to define ServiceNow architecture and deployment standards and best practices to control, enhance and improve overall system stability and availability
Assist with the integration of the ServiceNow architecture strategy with other technologies and methodologies
Assist with data exchange integration of ServiceNow components with internal and external clients
Interact with Service Now and internal teams to help solve critical deployment and architecture issues.
Partner with offering architects to produce detailed conceptual and logical architectures that meet all business and technical requirements provided
Collaborate with build engineers to produce detailed physical architectures that will lead to the timely and successful deployment of ServiceNow related systems
Prioritize requests and Engineering efforts based on business drivers and dependencies
Completes assigned activities within a schedule
Assist Client Solution Architects with client issues, and with RFI/RFP as needed
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Expert knowledge of the following ServiceNow components
IT Service Automation Applications
Service Automation Platform Orchestration
Discovery Performance Analytics
Case Management Applications
Ability to create detailed conceptual, logical and physical architectures
Minimum of 10 years' experience working in a technical environment supporting computing infrastructure
