Exchange Administrator (100% remote)

This position offers 100% remote work.
The role of Systems Administrator is to provide support, administer, and maintain the organization's email systems. The Administrator monitors server performance and mail routing. Creates user accounts and maintains security levels on databases. Provides first-level telephone support and troubleshoots issues. Monitors existing messaging infrastructure and server usage, ensuring proper working order. Provides recommendations and plans for improvements to e-mail network. May document internal policies or develop training for end-users. Candidate must have ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance.
Candidate must have certification in COMPTia Security+ Ce Microsoft Vender Certification.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot issues with mail relay external/internal
Troubleshoot mail or management profile issues with iOS devices in relation to Airwatch MDM
Import/Delete Airwatch accounts
Move mailboxes between DAG's
Provide TIER III support to field services for any Outlook client related problems
Create/Delete other maintenance on agency mailboxes, distribution lists and other groups Exchange Admin Center
Apply windows security patches and install latest security updates on Exchange 2012 servers

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Knowledge and proficiency in the following Microsoft server technologies:
Exchange 2010, or Exchange Server 2013/2016
DNS and related technologies
Windows PowerShellWindows Server 2008/2012
Knowledge and proficiency in the following Microsoft client technologies:
Microsoft Office 2007/2013/2016
Positive attitude towards change and ability to adapt.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well vendors and customers.
Strong problem solving and Analytical/Reasoning skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
VMWare Airwatch 9.x knowledge and experience.
Administrator functions, importing, troubleshooting activation problems
Maintenance of accounts, delete, familiar with Apple Deployment Program
iOS v11.x client support, deploy, upgrade iOS
Well-proven time management skills while remaining flexible in responding to changing company and/or client needs.
Barracuda email archive appliance knowledge
Understanding of email systems, DNS, and Internet concepts
