Sr. Developer / Analyst (Tableau) - Telecommute

As a Developer and Data Analyst Prevention & Wellbeing, your focus will be on developing initiatives for a centralized global reporting and analytics function spanning the domestic and international Prevention & Wellbeing product suite. This position will be responsible for developing and managing reporting and analytics tools and resources that have a global impact on customer experience, business operations and strategic enhancements of the Employee Assistance Business.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for design, development and deployment of self-service reporting solutions, scorecards and dashboards using analytical and visualization tools
Working closely with key global and local functional leaders, IT and reporting teams to develop and maintain a global data management and reporting strategy for the Employee Assistance Business
Ensuring that report parameters are documented, accurate, and fit for purpose.
Ensure all critical reports are accurate, regularly scheduled, and shared with the right individuals according to an agreed on reporting delivery calendar
Receiving relevant data from internal and external sources for analysis and reporting needs
Be a leader across the teams by providing consulting on your area of expertise
Troubleshoot client and operational issues quickly and comprehensively
Work closely with the performance management team on reporting needs for key business KPIs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
4+ years of experience working in general business including operational and customer reporting responsibilities in a large, predominantly matrixed organization
2+ years of experience with developing reporting applications (Tableau, Microstrategy, Power BI, etc.)
2+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred, Oracle, Access, etc.)
Able to travel up to 10% if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or advanced degree
Experience flexibility in working with global teams and global customers
Experience in developing analytical tools and models, programming database queries, conducting data analysis, and creating reports
Experience translating business needs and specifications for reporting purposes and communicating with both the business and technical experts
Experience with an extensive level of technical skills, database software applications
