Job Description: Position Overview:
This position is responsible to manage projects to improve the organizational effectiveness through the coordination of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) activities and to support DXC s BIONIX program assisting with the business growth, productivity, and business objectives. Specific responsibilities include Lean deployment, cost out initiatives, process improvement activities, RPA, VSM and culture change to continuous improvement
Essential Functions: - Responsible for achieving BIONIX goals regarding cost savings - Responsible for Lean Deployments and Collaborating with APA team(Agile Process Automation) - Participate in activities to improve business processes in management, front office, and back office. - Lead and facilitate LSS VSM, 5S+ and Standard Work events, structured problem solving events, Kaizen Events/RIEs/BPIs, leveraging other Lean tools as needed. - Champion the BIONIX transformation and be a change agent to all centers - Mentor other employees in the identification and elimination of waste, including training.
Employ Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and analytics in end-to-end value stream mapping; extract and analyze data and perform statistical analysis to identify opportunities.
Serve as Lean Tool Subject Matter Expert (SME). Provide expertise and support to other areas in the Lean tools.
Use Analytical skills along with LSS to understand root cause, data driven analysis to scope out improvements and provide solutions
Support the deployment of Corporate driven LSS initiatives, including RPA and APA( Robotic Process Automation and Agile Process Automation).
Lead activities to achieve a reduction in waste elements within accounts
Closely work with center employees during their term to support them in achieving the goals and expectations when applicable.

Communicate with senior management and operational/supervisory staff as required.
Perform overtime as necessary in accordance with both company policy and legislative requirements.

Identify/implement cost improvements to the IT/Business processes
Employ Agile methodologies along with LSS to communicate, collaborate and work as a team to overall improve efficiency, performance and continuous improvement
Maintain Lean awareness through visual and verbal communication
Proven track record of managing and successfully completing multiple Lean Six Sigma projects
Proven mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools & methodology; and the ability to apply them practically
Ability to work across all levels to influence key stakeholders and lead through influence
Capabilities to make data based decisions and achieve financial results.
Demonstrated track record of meeting results and commitments
Desired Skills and Experience
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years experience in BPS environment
Must have proven Project Management experience Position Criteria:
Project Management experience
Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement methods, approaches and tools.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodology.
Strong interpersonal and planning skills with proven ability to lead change through both direct and indirect (influencing) abilities.
Strong knowledge of the 8 Lean Tools and the appropriate applications including verification of effectiveness.
Strong Analytical skills. Strong understanding of Excel, Minitab, Power BI
Fluency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), social skills, as well as the ability to present to groups of individuals
Understanding of the basics concepts of problem solving and analytical techniques (A3, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).- good key words to look out for
Strong leadership skills as well as the ability to work as an effective team member
Organized, able to prioritize, and to plan meetings effectively
Public speaking / effective meeting skills.- speaking during meetings
Understanding of Business Process Services and IT terminologies.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team.- leading teams on projects
Extensive travel required (over 50%) Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary education/training in business/manufacturing/engineering or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Project Management
Experience with Six Sigma.
