User Provisioning Agents - REMOTE There are 6 Positions available: MAINFRAME - Two (2) WINDOWS OR UNIX - Two (2) ACTIVE DIRECTORY / SECURITY - Two (2) Duration : Approximately two (2) weeks after job acceptance through EOY, 2018 with a possible extension beyond. WORK REMOTELY Pay Rate : $32-35/hr Minimum requirements for this position include Two years of Provisioning experience in EITHER: - web, Windows, or X-Windows applications in a Windows or UNIX environment - IBM Mainframe OR IBM Mid-sized environment - Active Directory users and security groups in a multi-domain environment Creating and maintaining users and security groups using a Graphical User Interface. Adding users to, and removing users from, security groups. Adding/Changing/Deleting user and security group attributes. Experience using enterprise ticketing systems such as HP Service Manager, Service Now, Serena TeamTrack, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with three or more years' provisioning experience in a relevant environment. Job Description The successful candidate will engage exclusively in USER PROVISIONING activities in support of the customer's Annual Enrollment Program (AEP) and Welcome Season (WS) activities. To meet the elevated demand for operating system, application, and data store access during this timeframe, the USER PROVISIONING AGENT will: Perform "heads-down" provisioning activities throughout the business day with focus on speed, accuracy and policy & regulatory compliance. Be flexible and responsive to off-hour demand to meet critical business needs, both weekdays and weekends, and share on-call responsibilities 24x7 including holidays. Contingent workers are limited to a 40 hour workweek; i.e., no overtime is routinely available but may be authorized from time-to-time. Have an understanding of, and appreciation for, the security and privacy requirements intrinsic to the highly regulated and highly audited healthcare industry. Be able to follow strict protocols for provisioning, documentation and customer interaction so as to remain compliant with Corporate policies and audit guidelines. Possess excellent troubleshooting skills at the user provisioning layer and be able to perform root cause analysis (RCA). Enjoy working directly with customers and have excellent customer service skills. Be a quick learner, detail oriented, effective at time management, and able to multi-task continuously.
