SFDC Test Analyst 4-5 Month+ Contract Remote/Telecommute Overview: The SFDC Test Analyst is responsible for developing the system test scripts for the SFDC 2.3 upgrade in accordance with client requirements. The process is formal and structured since it is a part of a Validated process. Templates are provided but a strong understanding of the process of analyzing requirements and developing scripts - is required as well as general test and issue management. Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and systems testing Prior experience working on a Complaints Handling solution Ideally, prior experience with SFDC (in a Complaint Handling context, not CRM) Ability to quickly learn business processes in a new environment Experience of computer systems validation applied to software lifecycle development within regulatory requirements 21 CFR 820 or equivalent Bachelor's degree General Responsibilities: Learn the company Complaint Handling business processes and system functions Read, understand and interpret the user requirements and functional requirements Develop comprehensive system test scripts - for functional testing (IQ test protocol and OQ test protocol) Xreference test scripts back to the Requirements (Traceability Matrix) Dry run & fix test scripts in Sandbox Carry out system/functional testing, documenting results Document issues found and manage issues list Produce execution summary reports Include Part 11 testing in scope of test During go-live, respond to any issues reported & Manage hypercare issue list - provided by Dice
