Colleague ERP Applications Manager- Remote
As Cloud Service Colleague Applications Manager / Cloud Assurance Mangaer at Ellucian you will be ensuring the overall delivery for a number of client schools as well as delivering planning in consultation with the Onboarding Manager, review and assign ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets. The primary goal of this position is to successfully guide a customer with new software deployments or existing customers from on-premise into Ellucian?s business in the cloud and moved into steady state.
You will lead or attend project meetings as needed to address technical questions, provide technical guidance for internal/external clients and review customer workload for optimization, correction and feedback to Customer Success Team, Onboarding Team, Operational Readiness Team and Sales Teams. This role will also ensure proper site documentation is available for sites during their onboarding phase and conduct handover meetings with Delivery Leads to ensure a smooth process into steady state. Accountable for internal/external client documentation ensuring current for each supported client.
Speed and quality are primary measures of success in this role. Maintain a 30% billable time ratio.

? BS/BA degree. Other qualifications with adequate experience will be considered.
? 7+ years proven professional and technical industry experience
? Leading a technical team
? Systems or application administrator and enterprise environment.
? Supporting and managing systems and/or application engineers
