1) DevOps experience will inlude software architecture and development experience on current technologies and DevOps automated toolsets per area (e.g. configuration management, build, testing, CI, and CD).
2) Minimum 5 - 8 years professional experience managing customer relationships over an extended period and ability to work and manage activities in virtual and cross - functional teams. Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies (XP, Scrum, Crystal, DSDM, Lean Development, FDD).
3) Strong team collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to rapidly gather data, structure hypotheses, and develop synthesized recommendations.
4) Industry Solutions knowledge (Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecom, and Healthcare).
DevOps related certifications a plus - AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Puppet Program, Red Hat Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Chef are a Plus* * *
As a DevOps Coach / Engineer within the Digital Operations Services Practice group, you will work closely with our other Practices, sales, technical, and leadership teams to define and deliver current solutions that span the software development and operations space. You will be responsible for providing development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational support and be the DevOps subject matter expert for key customer engagements.
Ideal candidates will possess DevOps technical and sales expertise needed to lead the design, development, and delivery of compelling and collaborative solutions. You will be responsible for working in an Evangelist, Integrator, Developer/Tester, Facilitator, Operations, and Client Partner role. You will also be responsible to achieve annual sales objectives. You are a recognized leader within the DevOps industry and have contributed knowledge in the form of white papers, research articles, or patents.
At a commercial level, you will have engaged and coordinated on client solutions in large-scale environments. With proven experience overseeing all aspects of DevOps solutions, your track record of identifying business opportunities and driving profitable client success will be exceptional. Your outstanding relationship building skills and ability to develop strong working client partnerships will lead you to success in this exciting opportunity.
