This position is 100% remote/telework.RESPONSIBILITIES Leads project that involves the successful management of a team composed of data processing and other information management professionals who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems. Perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities. Establish and alter (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities Job Requirements 5 years of experience in program management 10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute (PMI) or a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level III certification from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Must hold one of the following Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certifications: CCNA Security CySA+ GICSP GSEC Security+ CE SSCP Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones Experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation Demonstrate written and oral communication skills Experience with DLA programs is preferred. Accounts Management Provisioning System (AMPS), Mapping Enterprise Business System (MEBS), Center of Parts Activity (COPA), DAAS, MNS, Europe Installation Support Maintenance Ticketing System, Enterprise Workflow Support Capability, DMS SDW, Defense Retired and Annuitant Pays Sys II, MMODS/Electronic File Delivery, Project Manager Web, ASSIST, CEDMS, DCAO, DSO, DONI, MILHUB, Navy/Naval, TMPODS, TODPG, Energy Procurement Support Tools, Bid Evaluation Model, Contract Information System, Transportation Rate Information System, Offer Entry Tool, and Prices to Web. Experience with the Center of Parts Activity (COPA) application is preferred. The COPA application is used by all three Air Force Air Logistics Centers as well as the Navy Logistics Centers for the purpose of managing critical aviation end-items, proactively identifying potential critical part short-falls, and ensuring reporting and metrics on support levels are web-accessible 14 hours a day, 6 days a week. Experience with Legacy Ports (maintenance, including current system updates to allow quick activation and access at need for authorized users) is preferred.
