Remote Working Sales Manager - Required Skills / Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in a technology sales role for a VAR or MSP
  • Knowledge of Networking and Infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Business Development and field sales experience
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred but not essential)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed

Remote Working Sales Manager - Key Accountabilities:

Working remotely you will join in a billing / targeted sales role with the aim of developing the sales team. As the company performance improves you will be able to step back into a more management focused role. You key responsibilities will be the lead a team of External BDM's to maximize the performance of individuals and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

As part of your role you will support development and execution of the sales strategy as per of the sales leadership and provide support and sales coaching and training to the sales team. In addition you will conduct performance review sessions and drive a high-performance culture as well as building working relationships with customers and vendors. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Build business within existing and net new customers
  • Identifying new profitable sales opportunities with existing customers
  • Creating proposals and quotation documentation
  • Attending meetings with customers (where applicable)
