We are a rapidly growing, early-stage MSP supporting various industries in the South Florida area. We're looking for a new team member who will wow us not only with their technical skills but outstanding customer service.

The job requirement for this position are straightforward: solve challenging problems with ingenuity and finesse, manage client expectations like an expensive therapist, handle a demanding caseload with composure, and communicate swiftly and transparently with colleagues and clients.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 40 hours a week 8:30 am to 5:00 Gardens.

50% travel within Miami-Dade/Broward County

Experience/Qualifications:

  • A+ CompTIA certification or 4 years of Experience in Technical Support and Repairs
  • PC/Laptop repair, routers, printers, software and hardware, and working knowledge of Windows operating systems. Expert troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, manage tickets.
  • Expert application support knowledge with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, QuickBooks, and other common desktop applications.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; fluent in English, Spanish a plus
  • Must have a clear driving record, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to customer location
  • Ability to lift or move heavy equipment
  • Background and Drug Screening Mandatory

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide first tier support for hardware/software related issues as you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Determines most cost-effective repair / resolution to minimize customer downtime
  • Document ticket items in IT ticketing system, while working on multiple user issues and minor deployment projects.
  • Develop plan to resolve problem or issue, route issue to appropriate IT staff member if problem is not within scope of own skill set.

Pay: $18.83 - $20.00 per hour.

Considered a Plus:

Prior experience in an MSP or support environment is highly desirable

Experience in Autotask or other similar PSA

Centrastage/AEM or other similar RMM
