They are after a (Cloud Infrastructure) Support Analyst to remotely support both their internal & external customers.

Their systems are 100% cloud-based SaaS applications and they are continually enhancing and evolving their use, exploiting new opportunities as they arise to ensure they can support rapid growth of their company.As a member of their Infrastructure and Customer Services Team, you'll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and improving their cloud-based systems infrastructure.

Duties;

  • Support users and customers to resolve logistical and technical questions, as well as platform issues through phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of users/customers
  • Process internal and external customer requests provide troubleshooting and inquiry answers.
  • Analyse and investigate support requests to uncover root causes of issues and implement initiatives to eliminate them - permanently - in collaboration with colleagues and partners.
  • Understand and monitor delivery of their current cloud-based systems, ensuring both responsive performance and very high availability.
  • Collect and analyse systems data, identify and isolate issues, determine solutions, and inform customers/users of any changes or actions taken.
  • Operate systems and processes for delivering a quality cloud infrastructure support function.

What's needed;

  • Previous experience in a remote IT customer helpdesk/support environment [required]
  • Experience supporting WordPress websites [required]
  • Experience in infrastructure architecture and networks [required]
  • Experience with cloud computing and emerging technology [required]
  • Experience with iOS and Android mobile devices [required]
  • Knowledge and skillset to configure, maintain and support networks [desired]
  • Experience with Infusionsoft or similar CRM/marketing automation [desired]

Other Stuff;

  • £'s; fully DoE from £22k-£28k,
  • Location; Location; based from your home / remotely with VERY occasional meetings at the company offices in Bedford (NOT essential),
