2nd Line Remote Support Engineer - Romford - £28-32,000 + Bonus
My client are looking for a high level Remote 2nd Line Support Engineer, preferably with experience at a Managed Service Provider or IT support company. This is an excellent opportunity to join my clients established team as you will be given the chance to learn and progress to 3rd Line within 12 months with all training courses and exams paid for.
As a 2nd Line Remote Support Engineer you will be reporting directly to the Support Team Leader and you will have the ability to resolve typical 2nd Line queries and escalations. You will have strong knowledge of Office365 administration, Virtualisation software experience and good knowledge of industry on premise infrastructure.
