Work with our strategic clients and prospects on their process improvement and automation journeys, all the way from inception through implementation / rollout, and ongoing management
Analyze business processes and recommend business solution for our clients, working closely with their operations leadership teams, internal process excellence teams, etc.
Bring to bear six-sigma, lean, design thinking, problem solving, workshop facilitation tools and techniques to ensure alignment and focus, and identify specific opportunities for improvement
Produce actionable plans that address the root-cause reasons for process inefficiency / ineffectiveness to drive quick, ongoing, and measurable results
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders on the basis on superior insights, process and technology prowess
Must-Have - 5+ years of experience in process improvements experience (ideally for consulting), for the telecom operator / service provider industry / hands-on minitab (IGRAFX desired)
Certified lean / Six sigma black belt
Strong analytical skills, excel knowledge
Client facing experience working directly with senior leaders on strategic initiatives.
Engaging personality and high self-confidence and energy.
Led large scale transformation programs
Hands on consultant with deep knowledge and experience in Telecom domain, deep understanding of the business environment, order to activation process , market dynamics, best practices and industry trends in the given domain,
Extensive travel to client sites required
