Client Avaya Duration Long term Avaya Advanced Solution Architect (ASA) Provides exceptional technical andor analytical support to clients in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems of moderate to highly complex business communication systems. Self-directed, making major contributions to teams, and contributes significantly to client satisfaction. When acting as Technical Team Lead takes responsibility for client satisfaction on project deliverables. Interfaces directly with clientsothers outside the company, recognizes business opportunities and helps to develop them. Recognized as a subject matter expert within areas of expertise, andor is certified in one or more technology areas. Capable of diagnosing and evaluating complex issues. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Key Technology Areas 5-8+ years in Communication Technologies focusing on both Unified Communications and Contact Center. Avaya Aura (SBC, Session Manager, Communication Manager, Presence, Application Enablement Services) experience is desired. Avaya Contact Center applications ndash Experience Portal, CMS, ICR and other CTI solutions such as AIC, EMC, AACC and others is desired. Exposure to Avayarsquos Engagement Development Platform, Cloud Solutions, VMware, CPOD is desired. Knowledge and experience of integrated with andor displacing competing solutions from Genesys, Cisco, Aspect. Microsoft and others is a plus. Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware and others) and Avaya CCaaSUCaaS solution is desired Experience with deploying public and private cloud communication enabled solutions as well as working with cloud platforms such as vCloud Air, AWS etc is a plus. In summary, the ASA is a highly specialized technical resource who owns the technical design for the overall solution and ideally has the breadth across the Avaya solution portfolio as well as any other non-Avaya solutions that we are integrating with. The Design Phase is the first step required on all projects where ASA service is needed. ASAs lead with the design of the architecture within the project and are a trusted advisor to the rest of the team. Next to the Program Manager and Project Managers, and sometimes even before one is assigned, ASAs are the first resource to engage on the project -- they have to define and layout the design for everything else that will follow in the project -- implementation can't occur until ASA design is complete.
