Implementation Engineer Remote with 50% travel


We are a mid size highly profitable Mobile company in the security space looking to hire because we are growing. This is a Remote Position and Requires 50 Travel Our products are being used in some of the most visible and highest volume technology products in the world today and address all major computing platforms including Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS, and Android. As a professional services engineer, you will be on the forefront of our mission to protect the worldrsquos commercial software from piracy, reverse engineering, IP theft and related cracking, and will get exposure to many of the worldrsquos premier technology companies. Key Responsibilities Evaluate customer applications software and identify likely threats Leverage our technology to protect customer applications from relevant vulnerabilities and threats (Platforms include iOS, Android, Windows, Linux) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our tools and technologies as well as evolving threats to applications in key vertical markets Provide subject matter expertise on our products and services Provide best practices guidance to internal and external customers Travel to customer sites, partner sites, our sites or other locations to assist with various meetings and project efforts, including presentations and attendance at conferences, meetings, workshops and other events Conduct training sessions for customers, partners, or our staff as needed Assist with training and coaching of new or existing technical staff and provide feedback on the ongoing state of preparedness and knowledge within the practice Participate in training sessions to ensure that personal knowledge, skills and abilities as they relate to our products and Information Security are aligned appropriately Advocate for Services with internal departments, partners and customers Assist in developing innovative and compelling Services products aligned with evolving customer demands and our technology products Assist in management of expenses, submission of time cards and tracking of billable hours while meeting defined personal billable utilization. Communicate effectively and regularly with Services leadership to ensure appropriate visibility into project statuses, ongoing work efforts, issues, and opportunities Qualifications Must have competency using the full toolchain of a major development platform and experience programming in 2 or more of C, C++, Objective-C, C, Java, andor Swift. Many of our proprietary tools integrate within the development toolchain, so competency is critical Strong computer science background, knowledge of application security andor software cracking Mission driven with an interest and ability to work with customers in protecting their software and digital assets Some x86 andor ARM assembly language and binary code level experience and knowledge Ability to think logically through complex problems to achieve technical solutions Good English oral and written communication skills, including ability to work with remote staff Good analytical skills and attention to detail Team-oriented and able to work successfully with all functional teams (services, sales, support, product development, QA) Experience managing complex projects from initial planning stages through execution and delivery Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Ability to travel up to 50 domestically and globally Desired Skills Experience in software piracy and anti-piracy, including licensing, encryption, code obfuscation, and common cracking techniques and tools including IDA Pro, OllyDbg and others. Experience with mobile application development for iOS (iPhoneiPad) and Android based devices, including XCodeclang, ndk-build, and others. Extensive systems level expertise in any of compiler technology, linker technology, debugger technology, or low level operating systems technology. Windows, Linux andor OSX (32 and 64 bit) run-time model knowledge (memory management, exception management, stack management, etc.). .NET development or internals experience. Java development experience. Familiarity with cryptographic techniques at an architectural level (symmetric vs. asymmetric, AES, RSA, ECC, hashing algorithms).
