An educational trade publisher is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales Enablement System Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Provide troubleshooting services for company and external systems and tools to the Sales Force
Manage users, courses and content as directed for company and external systems and tools
Pull, modify and send reports as requested
Position Requirements Include:

2 years' experience with Learning Management Systems, CRM systems or other Enterprise Software or SAAS administration
System Administrator Skills/Competencies
Ability to troubleshoot on common user technical issues via phone, email, instant messenger and other mediums
Technological expertise on iOS, Chrome, Android and other tablet devices and Smartphones
In-depth content expertise in technology integration within the K-12 education market
