The Information Security Specialist will contribute significantly to a dynamic team that provides software configuration along with operational support for the Information Security Services organization's RSA Archer system. This individual will partner with a team of business analysts and application developers to optimize and extend workflows using the Archer toolset. The main functional goal of this individual includes delivering new Archer solutions to help better manage and secure information across the organization as well as enhancing existing solutions that have already been deployed. Activities include research, planning, design, development, implementation and evaluation in meeting goals. This includes the coordination, monitoring and status reporting of projects that are essential to the demonstration and achievement of quality and regulatory compliance. This key player must be able to drive and configure the overall execution of the initiatives, data needs, champion best practices and lead quality improvement projects. Job duties and responsibilities include: - Oversee the development and administration of the RSA Archer Platform - Configure, test, document and deploy new solutions following an agile application development methodology - Partner with stakeholders to prioritize ongoing enhancements - Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, use cases and workflow analysis - Provide consultation services to business users to refine requirements and explain tradeoffs between usability and performance - Optimize existing Archer solutions to correct errors, implement enhancements and improve performance Qualifications: Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - At least five years of experience with the processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to quality standards associated with developing, enhancing and operationalizing application systems and databases Preferred Skills/Experience - 5 years of progressive responsibility and expertise - 5 years of configuring and administering high-performing RSA Archer solutions to organizations - minimum of 2 years' of RSA Archer Administrator experience - Basic understanding of system administration tasks: running SQL queries, Windows Server service management, connecting to and investigating remote systems. - 2 years project management experience delivering metrics/reporting and working with a variety of technical and business colleagues - Experience identifying a client's high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as work-flow diagrams and use-cases - Experience with Agile Software Development and other iterative SDLC's - Intellectual capacity to develop creative and breakthrough solutions - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A strong desire to increase accuracy, find efficiencies and enhance user experiences - Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to anticipate, understand and respond to client needs shaping the behavior in accordance to the situation - Understanding of current Information Security guidance and regulations (NIST Cyber Security Framework, PCI, GLBA, etc.) a plus - PMP certification a plus Job: Information Technology Primary Location: Minnesota-MN-Richfield Shift: 1st - Daytime Average Hours Per Week: 40 Requisition ID: 190031791 Other Locations: United States U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
