Job Description

Creative agency currently seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst (Remote) to support digital media campaign planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly analyze data and deliver conclusions on digital marketing tactics, including but not limited to, website campaigns, display advertising, social media, email automation and/or video content. In this role, the Digital Marketing Analyst will provide strategic guidance, analysis, and ongoing accountability throughout the life of the project. He/she will liaise between design and agency teams to uphold strategies and develop assets that drive engagement, grow customer acquisition and enhance the user experience.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day efforts on digital marketing campaigns
  • Research and recommend tests across channels and report on findings with actionable strategies to improve sales and customer interaction
  • Develop, manage and communicate calendars for the span of the project
  • Provide insight on current media trends and share best practices
  • Collaborate with various internal and external teams on analytics, reporting, quality assurance, and innovation to support overall campaign success

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced data management and analysis skills in Excel; knowledge of other technologies/languages, a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Digital media management experience, a plus
  • Agency experience preferred but not required
  • Strategic and critical thinker
  • Adept organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage large projects from inception to completion
  • Sales-driven and detail-oriented, with a get-it-done attitude
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
