We are looking for this person to develop and execute strategies and tactics to unlock category growth in the Away From Home (AFH) Channel for the Meals business with our market leading brands Philadelphia and Dairylea. Understanding of this channel and the customer dynamics is essential to develop new ideas to unlock profitable growth for both Mondelez & the customer and to set future strategic direction for this channel.. * To be the considered voice of the customer internally, to shape and influence the development of the Mondelez AC and business strategy.. * To work effectively as 1 sales team and with all departments.. * To create & develop a short and longer-term strategies for Mondelez through an understanding of the channel, customers and shoppers to optimise performance for Mondelez.. Key Responsibilities:. * Develop sales plan for AFH channel to deliver the AC targets in line with, or ahead of, category strategies.. * To maintain relevant Customer contact relationships to deliver our KPI's.. * To create and develop business strategies for AFH customers that identifies the source for growth through an understanding of the market, channel, customers and shoppers sharing insights and ideas with the planning and development teams.. * Contribute to the commercial planning process to shape & influence our category plans to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.. * Work with Category Planning, Category Development, Shopper insight, Consumer Marketing, Supply Chain and finance to achieve objectives and best for business solutions.. * Be an active and vocal member of the Sales team and contribute fully to the generation of ideas to deliver the Sales strategy.. * Ensure best in class account management systems and processes are in place. * Deliver Perfect Store KPIs, and high standards across internal processes such as: Forecasting, Debt management, NPD launches etc.. * Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; lead ethically and model compliant behaviour.. Qualifications. Key Requirements:. * Educated to Degree level or equivalent, preferred* Good knowledge of the UK Away From Home market* FMCG Commercial experience* Sales Account Management experience inc Grocery or IC customer exposure* Cross functional experience in Sales, Marketing, Category, Shopper, Planning is preferred* Strong relationship building, stakeholders and customers* Strategic planning an analytical exposure* Drive for results.
