A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Customer Support Representative.Candidates will be responsible for the following: Supporting our customers and providing solutions to their technical issuesActively listening and being empathetic while you using your love of current technology, passion and creativityResolving their problems and meeting their needs in a timely mannerQualifications Include:High School Graduate or general education degree (GED) required18 years of age or olderTechnical aptitude with a confident familiarity of Smartphones, tablets, operating systems, PC and MacsMinimum 6 months experience providing service to customers in some capacityAre you available to work an 8-10hr shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. CSTAll other requirements necessary for this position
