Daily Responsibilities:

  • SharePoint platform administration- SharePoint 2013. On call support for user SharePoint issues, support the application that use SharePoint, content management and maintain the production and QA for SharePoint platform. Implement changes and own implementations


The support activities include:

  • Provide operational support of team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows
  • Familiarity with Power Pivot, User profile service, and SharePoint permissions
  • Provide guidance to customer end users for tasks, incidents, and MIS assistance
  • Respond rapidly to Production SharePoint Issues
  • Maintain FAQs, Knowledge Base and Current Platform Runbooks
  • Support for Microsoft SharePoint version 2013, My Sites, and OneDrive
  • Support for SharePoint components: Business Connectivity Services, Search Services, and Excel Services
