Job Description

Candidate will have the responsibility of leading the team from technical and Function perspective. Gather and analyze the requirements, Design and guide the team in implementation and participate in implementation. Reviewing the implementation and making sure good quality of the code is delivered.

Other Responsibilities/Requirements

  • 8+ years of Overall Experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops Lead role.
  • Develop policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers.
  • To develop and support selected tools with the DevOps Team, Ability to work effectively with business users and (or) Client to understand needs and priorities to deliver on time with quality
  • Provide leadership and work collaboratively with the DevOps Group including defining policies, proactively looking to solve operational issues.
  • To actively work on continuous improvement with respect to quality, risk, compliance, and costs.
  • Manage project timelines and workload for the DevOps team.
  • Collaborate with the architecture, application development, infrastructure & operations teams to contribute to development of the ecommerce eco-system roadmap.
  • Coordinate with Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of features, bug fixes, and improvements into multiple environments.

Skill set required

  • Hands-on Technical experience in:





  • Understanding of US healthcare domain in general and domain experience is a must.
  • An understanding of key DevOps related IT industry standards and trends
  • Deep understanding of a variety of software products and how they work and affect the broader technical environment of an enterprise-class infrastructure
  • Good Communication skills
