What this job involves
JLL is seeking a Project Coordinator who will work remotely and be responsible for specific functions of two initiatives that span the JLL global footprint. This role includes monitoring and updating project plans, maintaining risk and issues logs, completing status reports and tracking milestones. Additional tasks include preparing PowerPoint presentations from information provided by the team and organizing, minuting and documenting meetings for working groups and the steering committee. As a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be detail oriented, highly organized and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least three (3) years of relevant experience is required for consideration. Ability to quickly convert information into attractive and concise PowerPoint presentations is required.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, updating risk and issues logs, completing status reports and tracking milestones
Organizing, attending and participating in project team meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Involvement in data analysis and data consolidation
Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
Experienced in managing or coordinating software implementation projects
Understanding of HR or Payroll from previous projects or assignments an advantage
Understanding of Workday or PeopleSoft an advantage but not essential
Bachelor?s degree in HR, IT, Business or related field of study
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and without supervision at times
Advanced MS PowerPoint experience required, MS Project and MS Visio experience preferred
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
