Manage carrier relationships, manage ticketing/trouble resolution with various carriers. Network is Cisco, 890, 891, up to 4331 series routers. VOIP endpoints and IP PBX are Avaya, IP trunking centralized design. Network is variety of carriers, MPLS, Internet,Broadband. Potential to use standard MWAN/MLAN.
Additional pro-active reporting and analytics tasks, such as:Analyze Customer provided capacity reports - Review Operational Capacity--WAN/LAN percent capacity used - Review and identify the point and times where congestion occurs. - Analyze relevant configuration of congested devices - Review circuit utilization over relevant period (time of day/week/month etc )- provided by Dice
