IndySoft specializes in industrial software for high-precision manufacturing and calibration industries. The software applications we produce are used worldwide and are relied upon by many of the most successful and well-known enterprise customers and commercial calibration labs. We are seeking an Implementation Specialist whose main role will be to assist external clients in the implementation of IndySoft software and RFID solutions. Your duties will revolve around evaluating client needs, developing custom configurations that support their business processes, and defining and executing on delivery and implementation plans. You will also be responsible for testing and troubleshooting the final system setups and providing limited training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. To be successful in this role, you will need basic programming (ie report writing, scripting, database) skills and the desire to go the extra mile to make sure we exceed our customers' expectations. Experience with Calibration/Metrology, RFID or IndySoft will be considered huge pluses. Our offices are located in Daniel Island, SC, Greenville, SC and the UK; however, we are open to remote work for an exceptional candidate. Implementation Specialist Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service Be a subject manner expert on IndySoft's software and RFID applications Provide assistance to customers in developing specifications or system requirement documents Define and communicate timelines for implementation Build customer workflows to their specifications Do advanced configurations Act as main customer contact during implementation phase Complete physical implementation of RFID components Provide training to clients in the use of IndySoft and our applications Implementation Specialist Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Military Experience Excellent communication and social skills The desire to work in a fast-paced environment Creativity Must be able to travel up to 20 weeks per year to facilitate listed duties.
