As a RSS Advocate / Senior A4Me Representative member of our Advocate4Me team, youll provide assistance to Tier 1 Advocates.

Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to Tier 1 Advocates as part of our Medicare and Retirement model. Direct phone - based interaction with Tier 1 Advocate to address and educate on complex member needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Retirement

  • Ability to work in the gray area, using critical thinking skills

  • Work independently

  • Act as a resource for others

  • Demonstrate exceptional service skills

  • Ability to begin training beginning on 08 / 19 / 2019

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • Available to work any shift between 7:00 am and 10:00pm CST, Monday through Friday with availability for weekends, holidays,and overtime as required

  • Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise with all required Medicare andRetirement Tier 1 systems, process, and procedures

  • 1+ years of Tier 1 Advocate experience

  • Ability to work with translation of health care relatedjargon and complex processes

Soft Skills:

  • Proficient conflict management skills to resolve issuesin a stressful situation

  • Demonstrates ability to listen skillfully, collectrelevant information, build rapport and respond to Tier 1 Advocateconcerns in a knowledgeable, accurate, and caring manner

  • Ability to problem solve and work in the gray area withmultiple data points

Physical Requirements and WorkEnvironment:

  • Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting,use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects,long periods working at a computer

  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within ourhours of operation, where lunches and breaks are scheduled, with theflexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over - time and / or weekends,as needed
