Job Description

Our client, a Leading Real Estate Developer, is seeking a Leasing Administration Assistant to start ASAP.

This is a 6 month remote temporary position with the potential to convert to perm for the right fit.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities include:

Administering and negotiating lease renewals Processing apartment applications, verifying accuracy and providing updates to prospective renters Providing top customer service to renters and prospects Providing administrative support to the leasing team Assisting with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

2-3+ years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree Yardi and/or On-Site experience Knowledge of rent stabilization laws Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills
