Growth Specialist


We’re a small bootstrapped SaaS that helps creative professionals win more business through online business proposals. While we launched at the end of 2014, we are still at the beginning of our journey. We are damned proud of what we’ve achieved so far…but we need your help. With all the fancy terms out there for growth experts, we’re just going to say that we need help growing our customer base…

What we’re looking for:

Someone who can work under their own steam, for between 10 and 20 hours a week. But more important than the hours you put in will be the results. We don’t care when you work or where from, we’re 100% remote. The only stipulation is that we meet once a week via Skype to review where we’re at, and a monthly meeting to review growth for the previous month. Being in Slack once in a while won’t hurt either. 

Here’s the inevitable bullet list:

  • You should have at least 2+ years experience growing online businesses, preferably SaaS. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate this.
  • You’ll know how to discover new channels, convert traffic, optimize funnels, test ideas, and be able to dig into data to see what works (and what doesn’t).
  • Look at our current systems and make recommendations moving forward. 
  • You should love data, and people. You’ll be involved in all areas of marketing and growth.
  • Be methodical. We don’t mind trying out crazy ideas, but there must be data behind the results. 
  • Must have expertise with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap, etc.
  • You’ll take ownership of your work, even if things don’t go as planned. If something goes wrong, just put your hand up and say “I screwed up”…We’ll probably forgive you. 
  • You aren’t afraid to take risks to make things happen.


20% of actual revenue. Yep, you’ll earn 20% of what we’re currently making, and 20% of revenue every month after that. How much you want to earn will be entirely dependent on the results of your work. Further details will be discussed during your interview. This will be a renewable, freelance contract position.
