Personal Summary

I have had extensive experience supporting computer networks in a variety of environments including remotely. I am well versed in supporting windows client computers and administration of windows networks. Server side I can handle all basic administrative tasks associated with end user administration and I'm constantly expanding my skill set with an aim of total mastery of Microsoft Windows Technologies. I am familiar with networking concepts on a level where I can assist networking teams in troubleshooting where necessary.
